She/he should be able to perform all the responsibilities mentioned in the job description:
- Establishing good contact with students, understand their requirements handling student’s grievances.
- Establishing co-ordination with student and Trainers.
- Design and implement ideas for student and employee engagement.
- Preparing for employee salary structures, attendance and issuing of letters.
- Making tie-ups with companies for student placement
- Assisting students for interview like interview scheduling, HR session, Resume making, placement assistance
