How you will get a job through RASA?
Along with the training we keep an eye on the students’ successful completion of their desired course, so that they can achieve their dream job with the knowledge which RASA has provided them. At first we help the placement eligible students to construct a cover letter followed by a resume for the job application.
The second step is to find the job openings which are suitable for the applicants. Before mailing the resumes to the HR department of a company we always keep in mind the applicants’ preference regarding job location and job profile.
The third step is to arrange the interview schedule for the shortlisted applicants. Each applicant is entitled to 2 interview calls

RASA has a small yet effective placement department which is handled single handedly by Genny, who is also a part of the HR department. She performs the duty of placing the placement eligible students. Apart from being a creative persona, she has 4 years of experience in successfully placing students in research laboratories, Bio-IT ,Bio Info and Bio Pharma companies which requested her to send life science candidates for interview. Not only did she place the students but she groomed them professionally to face the corporate world.
In this fast paced economy when it comes to hiring efficient and smart candidates, it is RASA which provides the employers with fresh intelligent employees from our talented lot of students.
How Genny Delivers HR Session?
There are 3 HR sessions conducted in a month at RASA. The first HR Session is an introduction session where the HR introduces herself to the students and she gets to know them individually. The students are also taught about constructing a cover letter and a resume. The second HR session is dedicated to the preparation for an interview. Apart from the technical knowledge, she makes sure that the job applicant is well aware of soft skills, interview etiquettes, and good conversational skills in English and is confident enough to present himself / herself in front of the interviewer. Last but not the least the third HR session is entirely focused on the demo interview of the job applicant.
Maintaining Placement Discipline
- It is mandatory to maintain 85% attendance for all students
- Students must maintain an average ‘A2’ grade throughout their training period

- Students should score at least 80% in proper English Communication

How Life Science Will Grow In The Next 10 Years?
Science in India is on the move in a big way. The government has initiated multibillion dollar investments to kick start research, education, and innovation over the next five years. Though several challenging issues remain for the country, India’s best and brightest expats living in the United States and Europe are being enticed back to ‘Mother India’ with the promise of world-class research infrastructure and solid funding.
The point is that all the exciting stuff we’re seeing coming out of cutting-edge labs around the world will take time until they mature and become truly integrated in society. It’s the bubble stage, and for some the bubble will pop and the tech won’t survive. Other inventions and research might re-surface many decades from now. So, what’s the future going to look like ten years from now? What’s the next big thing? It’s my personal opinion that given the current pace of technological advancement, this sort of estimates is very difficult if not impossible to make. As such, here are just a few of my guesses as to what technology – some new, other improved versions of what’s already mainstream today – will become an integral part of society in the future.
